Unforgettable vacation in Amalfi coast
The beautiful coastline located in Sorrentine Peninsula of Italy has truly enchanted me and without doubt it one of the best vacation destinations ever. The number of tourists visiting this place is steadily on the rise and no doubt, everyone comes away as impressed as I am. Amalfi coast cooking classes gave me a way to combine the fun of travel and leisure of making and eating delicacies.
Cooking classes, Amalfi coast and its multiple cuisines
My flair for cooking became even stronger after I attended my first cooking class in Amalfi coast. I was amazed at the simplicity by which the chefs of Italy prepare such delectable dishes. Be it l'orata al forno or l'insalata di mare, the unique flavor of Italian dishes is just irresistible. I also tried my hands at making some of the popular dishes such as la carne alla pizzaiola and la zuppa di pesce.
Weather
I have visited Amalfi twice. The first time I went it was in the summers and the second trip was in last winter. The weather of this place has always rejuvenated me with its crisp freshness. Neither are the winters too chilly and brutal, nor are the summers too hot. Be it any weather, I enjoyed sightseeing as well as my cooking classes in Amalfi coast. The wines and delicious cuisines of Italy were a treat for my taste buds.
Romantic moments at Positano
After my wonderful Amalfi coast cooking class and tasty breakfast, I was all set to visit Pasitano with my wife. Pasitano, located at one of the extreme corners of Amalfi coast, makes for a good honeymoon destination. My wife and I enjoyed our time together at this wonderfully beautiful place. The air was filled with romance and we could again feel the nostalgia of our first date together.
Both of my vacations in Amalfi coast have been wonderful, especially the one with my wife at Pasitano.
