The gastronomically exciting vacation in Piedmont was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for my family and me. I had already heard a lot about cooking classes in Italy, but my trip to Piedmont allowed me to experience this beautiful country and its tasty dishes first hand. This north Italian cooking excursion made me discover the rich tradition of this country together with its many delectable cuisines. Fine wines, truffles, and succulent meats were some of my favorites. I have come back home leaving many other delicacies behind, which is a good enough reason for me to plan another trip to Piedmont.
Tuscany
My next experience of cooking class, Italy was when I visited Tuscany with my friends. It proved to be a delicious excursion for my taste glands. I got the opportunity to eat authentic Italian food and also try my hands at some of the popular traditional family recipes from Italy. The experience of cooking with professional chefs at a beautiful countryside villa was amazing. Tuscany has this distinct aroma of herbs in all its dishes and the flavor of delicacies made in olive oil cannot be described in words.
Florence
My vacation at Florence was as thrilling as it was at Piedmont and Tuscany. While searching for a good cooking class in Italy, I came across many offers from agents in Florence. Be it professionals or amateurs, there was something for everyone. Money was not the main motive that these people had in mind. Cooking for them is a means of expressing their love for their country.
Italy truly boasts of authenticity and simplicity found in all their cuisines together with taste.
