When it comes to a vacation in Tuscany, there are a lot of things that come to my mind. But cooking lessons at Tuscany cooking schools and a visit to the Leaning Tower of Pisa are my favorites. Other things and places that I like about this city are as follows:
Siena
Siena is a medieval town in Italy. As I am a food lover, I opted for an extensive gastronomic tour. After enjoying my demonstrations at Tuscany cooking school, I hired a car to Siena. Just taking a walk through the alleyways of this town filled me with peace and serenity. It was thrilling to climb to the topmost point of tall bell tower of Siena. It was amazing to view the city from top. The Piazza Del Campo looked great from above.
Wine in Chianti and other attracrions
It’s true if I say that cooking schools in Tuscany were a major attraction for me to visit Tuscany. However, tasting the red wines at Chianti was equally thrilling. Chianti is famous for having best red wines all over the world. Its fun to enjoy the scenic beauty of this town while tasting the flavors of variety of red wines in the vineyards. Fiesole is another place worth visiting in Tuscany. San Gimignano is a wonderful place in Tuscany with around 14 big towers.
Lucca
After trying my hands at popular recipes at a cooking school in Tuscany, I planned to take a train to Lucca. The sight of churches and other old buildings in Lucca is just indescribable. It was fun to visit the 1900-year-old amphitheater in Lucca. The food at Lucca is delectable. It is one of the best places in Tuscany for food lovers. I enjoyed eating the special dish of Tuscany called tortelli lucchese at Lucca.
The food, wine, and scenic beauty of Tuscany are amazing. I owe another gastronomic tour to this city, especially for trying my hands on making tortelli lucchese at one of the best cooking schools, Tuscany.
